Description
We are looking for new tenants for our bright and spacious 3.5-room apartment in the heart of Thalwil. We have really loved living here. The apartment is exceptionally spacious for a 3.5-room home, with 98 m², generous rooms, two full bathrooms (both with shower, WC and washbasin), and beautiful natural light throughout the day. Despite its very central location, it is quiet and feels surprisingly peaceful. One of our favourite features is the large west-facing covered balcony, which runs along both the living room and the bedroom. It gets lovely afternoon and evening light and is equipped with awnings, making it a great extension of the living space during the warmer months. The location is extremely convenient: Migros is literally around the corner, bus 156 stops just below the building, and Thalwil train station is only about a 4-minute walk away. The lake and ferry terminal are around 10 minutes on foot, while both the lake and the surrounding forests are easily reachable by bike. There are also at least two daycare centres within approximately 5 minutes' walk. The apartment also comes with a large private cellar with its own solid door and a small window, offering plenty of additional storage space. A parking space in the underground garage is available for CHF 150/month in addition to the advertised rent. We are moving only because we need an additional room for our family and are therefore looking for suitable replacement tenants. Available from 16 September or 1 October 2026. If you're interested, feel free to send us a message.
