In a good location near the SBB train station (5-minute walk), we are renting a versatile commercial space. The space can be individually adapted to your needs. The basic fit-out consists of linoleum floors, built-in cabinets in the corridor, and electrical distribution including lighting. Additionally, the space has fully equipped ladies' and separate men's toilets, as well as a connection for a tea kitchen. The property was renovated in 2011 and has 5 floors, as well as a passenger and a freight elevator. Parking spaces are also available for rent in the existing parking garage.
