Description

The Residenza Sciresa represents a high-quality and sustainable housing solution, located in Faido-Mairengo in the middle Leventina Valley. The concept of the offer is terraced houses with very high sustainability and energy saving. The houses are built with the highest standard of construction with a wooden structure, with the highest levels of technical and plant design. The residence consists of 4 independent terraced houses with 3.5 rooms each. Each unit has a large covered terrace and garden, as well as one or two outdoor parking spaces.
