Description

I'm an architecture student and I'm looking for a roommate for a room in Morbio Inferiore. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room. The price is 500 + 75 fixed costs (electricity, water, heating, various taxes) per month. There's also a garage that I currently only use for my motorcycle, so it can be used as a parking space (with a small car, because we're in the town center). The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Well connected to Chiasso and Mendrisio.
