I'm looking for a sublessee starting from October 2026 (or to be determined) for a 3-room apartment for only 1000.- per month plus expenses. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen-living room area, a bedroom and an additional room, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful, spacious terrace with a view of the Mendrisiotto. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to rent a covered parking space or there are public parking spaces a few meters from the apartment. There is also a private cellar. Pets are allowed.
