Nestled along the hiking trail to climb to the Vuipay refreshment bar, this small chalet built in 1955 offers what can no longer be found: absolute calm, mountain air, and the rare feeling of being truly elsewhere. The chalet is exclusively intended for weekend and leisure use. This beautiful atypical property consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen, lounge, and dining area, a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is in a row. The chalet does not have a plan. Over the years, the chalet has been carefully equipped to make stays enjoyable: Electricity : solar generator with battery and electrical installation (not subject to OIBT regulations) Water : rainwater collection tank supplying the toilets and kitchen sink (non-potable water) Hot water : installed water heater for the kitchen and a shower Heating : stove in the lounge, supplemented by gas radiators (powered by camping cylinders) Wastewater disposal : the chalet is not connected to the municipal wastewater system Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, families seeking an authentic mountain refuge.
