Description Chalet for 5 people in a very quiet area, close to the forest. The departure of the ski lifts is 10 minutes by car but it is also possible to use a free shuttle bus (10 minutes walk). Possibility, depending on snow conditions, to descend directly to the chalet. Minimum rental period 2 months. Available from November 1st, 2026 to April 30, 2027 The monthly rent is Fr 1800.- and is degressive from the 3rd month (to be discussed). If the dormitory is used, a supplement will be charged based on the number of people. The rent includes a deposit for charges (electricity and wood) of Fr 200.- A final statement will follow. Deposit of Fr 500.- required when signing the lease. Tourist taxes are not included and must be paid directly to the tourist office. From the parking lot, you have to walk 150 meters uphill. UPSTAIRS: a bedroom with 2 beds, a bedroom with a double bed one with a single bed. a dormitory in the attic for 5 people to use with a sleeping bag or personal bedding. The bedding for the bedrooms is provided. CENTRAL WOOD HEATING, the boiler is located in the kitchen. Electric heating if necessary. WASHING MACHINE SKI ROOM Available from November 1st, 2026.
