Following the departure of my tenant, we are looking for a new roommate to rent a partially furnished room and join a female-only shared apartment with two young, active women. The apartment is located in Lausanne 1004 on Chemin Guiguer de Prangins, in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood close to Parc de Valency, close to shops and the city center and also very close to the LEB and the Bethanie bus stop. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, 1 hall with 2 built-in closets, 1 closed, fully equipped kitchen with complete dishes, large fridge at disposal with table and chairs, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine to do laundry at will, included in the charges and 1 shared cellar. The room is available for rent from August 24, 2026, for an indefinite period. Rent for the room: CHF 790.- per month + CHF 50.- for the following charges (Internet Wi-Fi, Washing machine, Industrial services, Electricity and Heating included). Deposit: 1 month's rent.
