Hello, Spare room for students or cross-border commuters (G permit) or seasonal workers, available from 1.9.2026 (possibly from 15.8). 6-month contract, renewable. CHF 450.- + 140.- charges (WiFi, electricity, water, heating) = 590.- - Totally independent entrance on the 3rd floor of a small 2-apartment house (I am the owner of one of the apartments) - 10 minutes walk from the train station - Quiet - Bathroom on the floor, to be shared with another tenant - Wardrobe - Office - Small kitchenette (without water) - Fridge - Mini-oven with 2 hotplates - Microwave - Possibility to do laundry on Wednesdays or Thursdays - Many free parking spaces in the neighborhood Please introduce yourself and explain your project in the region :-) I require: - A deposit of 1000.-, which will be returned at the end of the rental contract if there is no damage. - Liability insurance - A complete dossier: identity card or residence permit, debt collection register, pay slips and employment contract or enrollment certificate for students.
