We are 5 people living in this historic place under the roof, in good harmony with the neighborhood. It has 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a storage room, an attic, and an interior courtyard. The room that is becoming available is approximately 20m2 and has a built-in closet. We are looking for a calm and respectful roommate, between 20 and 40 years old, non-smoker, who invests in the life of the shared apartment with the other roommates (3 women, 1 man, between 26 and 29 years old) and for whom ecological values are of certain interest, and who wants to stay for at least one year.
