The ideal person You are: - autonomous and responsible - mature and financially stable - respectful of common areas - able and willing to participate in the maintenance and beautification of the place - comfortable with collective living without necessarily seeking a group of friends - Among other things, this also means: - picking up leaves or chestnuts - not panicking when a pipe bursts - taking care of common areas as if they were your own - We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, committed, and understands that an exceptional place requires a minimum of involvement from each person.
