The building where the apartment is located is situated next to a bus stop, 6 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the train station (13 minutes on foot), near the university campus and the HE-Arc. The 95m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, has three large rooms, a beautiful living room with a balcony, a habitable kitchen (1 table and 6 chairs) fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) and a bathroom to share. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine available. The available room is approximately 13m2 and equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. I am a 24-year-old student at HE-Arc in my third year, and I am looking for female roommates with whom I can get along well. I enjoy cooking, going out with friends, but also staying quietly to read or play board games.
