Room for sublet Available from autumn 2026 I am offering a room of about 10 m² for sublet in a large chalet, ideally from autumn 2026 to spring 2027, with the possibility of extension by agreement. Rent: 500 CHF/month. The room provides access to the common areas: * kitchen, * living room, * bathroom, * toilet, * large garden, * parking space. The chalet is close to public transport. Wi-Fi is available. A contribution to the charges is to be defined according to needs (notably for heating, which works with wood/pellets and requires a little participation in its use). Note: In winter, access to the chalet includes a somewhat steep climb. In case of heavy snowfall, the last meters are done on foot. No deposit or proof is required.
