We rent a room of about 15m2 with a private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space, and a storage room for winter, as well as access to the garden. The place is quiet and peaceful. The room is furnished with a new 120/200 bed, including bed linen and towels. A cleaning lady comes to clean once a month, the rest of the maintenance of the room, kitchen, and bathroom is done by the tenant. We are looking for a single person who owns a car, is calm and organized, and is a non-smoker. All fees are included in the rent. A deposit equivalent to the rent will be required and will be returned at the end of the stay. Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer and winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 hour from Lausanne, and 1 hour from Geneva. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.
