L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec d’excellentes connexions aux transports publics. La gare se trouve à seulement 7 minutes à pied, l’arrêt de bus est à 2 minutes, et un supermarché est accessible en 7 minutes à pied. Le loyer est de CHF 709 par mois, et comprend presque toutes les charges. Vous partagerez l’appartement avec deux colocataires sympathiques et respectueux : l’un est espagnol et l’autre suisse. Nous apprécions les moments de convivialité et les discussions, tout en respectant l’intimité et l’espace personnel de chacun. Nous accordons également beaucoup d’importance à la propreté et recherchons une personne qui partage cet état d’esprit. L’appartement dispose d’un salon chaleureux, d’un balcon et d’une salle de bain que vous partagerez avec une seule personne, puisque l’autre colocataire possède sa propre salle de bain. La chambre est entièrement meublée. Si vous souhaitez conserver les meubles, leur prix peut être discuté et je suis ouvert à la négociation. La date limite d’emménagement est le 30 septembre, mais une arrivée plus tôt est tout à fait possible et peut être discutée selon vos besoins. The train station is just a 7-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk, and a grocery store can be reached within 7 minutes on foot. The monthly rent is CHF 709, and it includes almost all utilities. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly and respectful roommates—one from Spain and one from Switzerland. We enjoy chatting from time to time but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space. We all value a clean and tidy home, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates a clean and well-maintained living environment. The apartment features a cozy living room, a balcony, and a bathroom that you’ll share with only one roommate, as the other has a private bathroom.
