The common areas consist of: a large living and dining room with a fireplace and a sunroom a kitchen a bathroom a guest toilet possibility of having a small storage space in the basement or attic The current inhabitants are: Hervé, 51 years old, math and science teacher at the secondary level, passionate about board games Cédric, 52 years old, socio-educational assistant, animator, sports enthusiast, hiker, climber, and game enthusiast Noé, 17 years old, part-time, music fan, and experienced Minecraft PvP player Sushi, 13 years old, cat, siesta lover, intense cuddler, and unfortunately also a hunter (you won't have to take care of it) We are looking for people who like their independence and quiet, but also want to spend convivial moments together. Minimum rental period: 3 months Move-in date: September 1st Cats and aquarium or terrarium animals are welcome, if you take care of them yourself.
