Hello everyone! I am offering two furnished rooms in a shared apartment in Chexbres. The apartment is quiet, pleasant, with a beautiful view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. It is a rare, practical, and relaxing environment. The first room is on the lake side and will be available from July 1st, 2026. It is offered at CHF 750.- per month for a lease of 6 months or more, or CHF 850.- per month for a short period of 3 to 6 months. It is furnished with a comfortable bed 120 x 200 cm with duvet and pillow, a wardrobe, a dresser, a modern desk, and a very comfortable office chair. The room is mansard-roofed, with a beautiful ceiling height. Wifi as desired. (The furniture visible in the photos is not the current one). The second room is on the mountain side, measures about 14 m², and will be available from mid-August or September 1st, 2026. It is also offered at CHF 750.- per month for a lease of 6 months or more, or CHF 850.- per month for a period of 3 to 6 months. It is furnished with a bed 140 x 200 cm, a modern desk with drawers, a chair, and a wardrobe. Wifi as desired. The utilities are extra, CHF 60.- per month. (water, electricity, SERAFE, waste tax, products) The deposit is 2 months' rent. A parking space is possibly available through the administration for CHF 110.- per month. Otherwise, a communal parking ticket for the public parking lot, which is about 2 minutes' walk away, can be requested. It is easy to obtain and not expensive! The apartment has a bathroom, separate toilets, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a small dining table. There are also two connected washing machines in the laundry room and two dryers. The view of the lake from the kitchen and living room is really magnificent. Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket open 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm, even on holidays, a Coop 3 minutes away, a post office 1 minute away, a bakery/pastry shop 30 seconds away, a train station 2 minutes away, and a swimming pool 2 minutes away. Chexbres, that's the good life between vineyards and lake. It's quiet, practical, and beautiful. By car, you're about 10 minutes from Vevey or Lausanne. By train, it's 8 minutes to Vevey. I am a respectful, discreet, working, and clean flatmate. The atmosphere is quiet. Everyone lives their life, you get along very well, but it's not a festive flat share. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, and professionally stable, with pay slips. Hygiene and respect for common areas are important: cleaning the stove after use, rinsing/cleaning the sink, not leaving dishes lying around, etc. Cleaning of common areas once a week (alternating per room) is mandatory! If your thing is loud music, slamming doors in the morning, evening, or night, improvised parties, dishes that meditate for 48 hours in the sink, or the sink that is redecorated after each use, then this accommodation is not for you. Here, it's a quiet place of relaxation and protected intimacy. Only serious people, no couples. A short presentation is requested when contacting us for the first time.
