We are a family of 4 and we are traveling for 8 months. During this period, from November 2026 to June 2027, we are creating a shared accommodation in our family home. The house has 4 rooms: - Room 1 on the 1st floor with balcony (already rented) - Room 2 on the 1st floor (14m2) CHF 950.- - Room 3 on the 1st floor with balcony (18m2) 1150.- - Room 4 on the 2nd floor (50m2) with private bathroom, for 1-2 people: 1500.- Each room will be equipped with a bed and a wardrobe or unfurnished, according to your wish. There is a large bathroom on the 1st floor to be shared with the roommates on the 1st floor. The ground floor is common with a large living area and an equipped kitchen. The house has a large terrace, a shared garden with the neighbors, and 2 outdoor parking spaces. The charges are included (water, electricity, wifi). 2 cats are part of the shared accommodation. The village is located 30 minutes from Unil and EPFL by public transport.
