Charming 3-room old building apartment in Oberbalm

We rent a cozy 3-room apartment on the first floor of our farmhouse, 2.5km from the village of Oberbalm (post bus stop). Those seeking peace and quiet and not wanting to take long walks will find our place perfect. The apartment still has many original elements such as wooden panel walls and ceilings, but has also been partially renovated. The apartment offers: Spacious kitchen with corner bench, ceramic hob, and electric oven, freestanding refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher Sunny rooms: The two large rooms face south and benefit from plenty of direct sunlight. Storage room: The apartment has a small storage room. Outdoor space: The apartment includes two wooden sheds, and an outdoor seating area can be used upon request. Covered parking: A barn offers a covered parking space for one car and possibly bicycles. The apartment is heated with central heating. A washing machine is available for shared use. Since the area around the house is already protected by our four female cats and the male cat, keeping cats in the apartment is not allowed. Other pets are only permitted with prior agreement. The plastered walls and tiles in the bathroom will be repainted before the move-in date, and color preferences can be taken into account if possible. The apartment is available from November 1, 2026 , or by agreement. Viewing appointments can be arranged by phone or email for the week of August 24-30.
