We are looking for new tenants from October 1st or by agreement for our beautiful old building apartment on one of the greenest streets in Gundeli. The rent is 2652 CHF plus 300 CHF ancillary costs (advance payment). The spacious apartment has three large and one smaller room , a spacious entrance area, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a kitchen, and two balconies . All rooms are equipped with beautiful parquet flooring, and the high ceilings with stucco give the apartment its special old-building charm.
