The beautiful inner courtyard with various seating areas invites you to linger, in the sun and also covered in the shade. Grilling and eating or simply relaxing and enjoying the sun. Here you can let your soul dangle. We rent the apartment as a first or second home long-term (min. 1 year). The rent includes a parking space. Centovalli is an excellent choice, with its proximity to nature and the emerald green Melezza river, but also to excellent restaurants. The hike in beautiful nature starts in front of the house. The proximity to the beautiful cities of Ascona and Locarno makes the apartment the perfect starting point.
