In a stylish old house (1910) with a garden and a covered seating area, in a quiet location, a bright large (34m2) attic room on the second floor is available in a shared flat. We, Peter 64 and Oliver 62, are looking for someone with shared flat experience who comes home in the evenings to cook or sit together, etc. We are NOT looking for someone who just wants a room to live in. We are looking for someone who also likes to be at home and get involved. Our interests include; art, animals, gardening, grilling, cooking, and playing the guitar (beginners). Animals are welcome. It's quiet and peaceful here with nice neighbors. For shared use: Modern kitchen with steamer, dishwasher ..., washing machine, tumble dryer, and bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub, fiber optic connection available, terrace with a greenhouse on the first floor, two small greenhouses in the garden, two raised beds, and a bed in the garden.
