Description

Chiasso is a city of meeting and confrontation and is known as an important center for traffic and trade, for distribution and transit. Along the Corso San Gottardo, many events take place throughout the year that attract the attention of visitors. These include the Jazz Festival, the Nebiopoli Carnival with the large masked parade, and the Festate. In the cultural area, just a few steps from the center, a theater, the Max Museum, and the Spazio Officina offer interesting cultural programs. In the Penz area, one of the thematic paths through the vineyards leads the visitor to one of the most vineyard-rich regions. The interiors are divided as follows: entrance, separate kitchen, large living/dining room with access to the large terrace, comfortable wall cabinets, windowed bathroom with bathtub and 2 large bedrooms. A basement belongs to the property. At the moment, there are no parking spaces available, but many can be found in the immediate vicinity in the blue zone.
