Have lived in Geneva for 4 years continuously during the last 8 years (at least one person). 4. Be domiciled in Geneva (obligatory for both people) 5. Have your tax domicile in the canton of Geneva (can be done at the time of domicile) 6. Not benefit from tax exemptions on employment income 7. Not have a fortune of more than CHF 465,000 The apartment is very spacious, bright, and cool in summer! It is a cluster composed of 3 units.
