Hello! We're looking for a third roommate. Currently, two people live here: Alban, 34 years old, wood engineer Raphaël, 32 years old, developer at the Confederation The apartment is 98 m² and includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a large living room, a kitchen, and a balcony where we enjoy the nice days with an aperitif. The available room is furnished, as shown in the photos, with a 160 × 200 bed. The rent includes charges. You need to add 54.50 CHF per month for fiber optics and cleaning of common areas (every two weeks) and SERAFE. A guarantee equivalent to three months' rent is required and must be deposited into a guarantee account. As for the roommate situation, each person has their own rhythm and life, but we also appreciate spending time together from time to time: a board game, an aperitif, a meal, or an outing when the opportunity arises. We're both quite sporty and always up for going dancing, rock climbing, running, or trail running.
