Cosy practical bedroom park and lake view

I'm renting out this beautiful room from now until the beginning of October. There are five of us in total: three men (43, 40 and 23) and two women (30 and 38). The room is small but very cosy, with a direct view of the lake and the park. It comes fully furnished, and I'll also leave all the bed linen. The room has recently been refreshed, and the bed is brand new and very comfortable. One of the great things about the room is that it's located on a different floor from the main shared living areas, which gives you a bit more privacy and quiet. The flat also has two bathrooms in total. The location is amazing, with direct access to the lake and the park right nearby. It's around 15 minutes by car from the main train station and about 30 minutes by public transport. You'll also have access to some lovely shared spaces, including a balcony and a private garden that we share with other people living in the building. The rent includes everything electricity, utilities and internet, so there are no additional costs. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and all the usual household appliances. We're all very friendly and sociable, but we also enjoy keeping the atmosphere at home calm and respectful. We really care about keeping the flat clean and tidy, and it's important to us to maintain that standard of cleanliness. For anyone looking for something longer-term: although this particular room is only available until the beginning of October, another room in the flat will become available afterwards, as one of my flatmates will be travelling for several months. It's the master bedroom, so it's much more spacious and therefore a little more expensive, at CHF 1,400 per month . This could be a nice option if you'd like to stay with us beyond October. We're looking for someone who will feel at home here, enjoy the place and its beautiful surroundings, while being respectful of the space and the people living in it.
