A room with a view

A room is for rent. The entire apartment is 103 square meters in size. It has two toilets and a large balcony. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Zurich and is characterized by excellent air quality and a beautiful environment (many green spaces and forests). The next bus stop is only 4-5 minutes' walk away; buses run every 15 minutes. The bus ride to Zurich's main train station takes about 30 minutes. I am a middle-aged woman. I'm looking for a quiet, well-behaved roommate. If you work or study in Zurich during the week and spend the weekends in your own apartment, this type of tenant is preferred.
