The entrance can be either from the outside with its own access or through the internal staircase. The room is simply partially furnished. It is modest. The area specification is estimated. You will determine this yourself during a visit. The bathroom, WC is also only for this room, directly next to it. It has a shower and a brick-built large bathtub, which is no longer operational. It has central heating. The rent includes electricity and heating. The private seating area may be designed yourself after consultation. It is a cozy spot. Because it is on the riverbank, it is not oppressively hot, but pleasant. Tumbler and washing machine are shared.
