For the allocation, we therefore implement a specific occupancy guideline: The number of people living in an apartment should be at least equal to the number of rooms - minus 1. For example, at least 2 people should live in a 3-room apartment. In the case of multiple applicants per apartment, applications with lower household income are given due consideration.
