Description

Living on Säntisblick We rent a freshly renovated attic apartment in an Art Nouveau house with a beautiful view, surrounded by forest, natural meadows, and pastures. Approx. 80m2 plus 6m2 outdoor area and an unheated attic room (14m2). This includes the use of our common coffee lounge/kitchen, workshop, grill house, park, and guest room. The herb/vegetable garden can also be taken over. On our hill, 5 colorful families/couples and some animals (horses, goats, soon chickens again) live. We are currently building our loose community and are therefore looking forward to people who are interested in joint projects or want to participate in animal husbandry, but this is not a must. Ecological sustainability and mindfulness are close to our hearts. More information at: www.saentisblick-eschlikon.ch A but (or a plus?): On the ground floor of the house is the Säntisblick guesthouse, which currently has no fixed tenant and can be rented for events. It is possible that gastronomic use will take place in the future, but the focus in the tenant search is on small but fine and sustainable. Therefore, the rental agreement will be limited to 1 year for the time being, with a possible unlimited extension. Available from August or by agreement. No cats (because there are already too many on the hill).
