Für meine helle und möblierte 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich suche ich eine Mieterin oder einen Mieter für einen Zeitraum von etwa einem Jahr. Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für eine Einzelperson als auch für zwei Personen. Der Mietzeitraum liegt zwischen dem 01.10.2026 und dem 30.09.2027 und beträgt ein Jahr. Nach Vereinbarung ist ein früherer Mietbeginn im September ebenfalls möglich. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine südliche Ausrichtung und ist den ganzen Tag lichtdurchflutet. WLAN steht den Mietern kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ideal: Der Bahnhof Stadelhofen ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, eine Tramhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Tram erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in rund 7 Minuten, zu Fuss in etwa 25 Minuten. Bei Interesse freue ich mich über eine persönliche Nachricht. The rental period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, and is for one year. An earlier move-in date in September is also possible by arrangement. The apartment has a south-facing orientation and is filled with natural sunlight throughout the day. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for the tenant(s). The location is ideal: Stadelhofen railway station can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, and a tram stop is located directly in front of the building.
