Hey! In our bright and cozy 3-person WG, a room will be available - maybe your new home. About the room and the apartment: You can expect an unfurnished room with 12.8 m² in a spacious 110 m² apartment. We have a large terrace with a garden (ideal for summer evenings), two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a bright kitchen, and a basement compartment with plenty of storage space, including your own washing machine and dryer. About us: I'm Marco (31), working 70% and studying 30% on the side. In my free time, I'm often on the go, like to do sports, and meet up with friends. My roommate Larissa (32) works as a flight attendant and is therefore away about half of the time - sometimes more, sometimes less. When she's here, she likes to be active (e.g., playing tennis), cooks with us, or is also available for a spontaneous bar evening. Our third roommate is unfortunately moving out for professional reasons, so his room will be available immediately or by arrangement. Our WG life: We're not a functional WG, but we don't do everything together - somewhere in between. We value cleanliness, but are relaxed about it. Whether it's joint coffee breaks, game nights, a small home party, celebrating together, or spontaneously doing something - everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. At the same time, we also appreciate our privacy and the opportunities to retreat in the large apartment. Who we're looking for: An open, uncomplicated, and rather younger person who fits our WG vibe. If you're tidy, like being around people, but also need your rest sometimes, you'll feel comfortable with us.
