On behalf of our client, we are selling the rented restaurant Frohsinn, which has been operated by the current landlord couple for over 20 years. The municipality of Rafz is the largest political municipality in the so-called Rafzerfeld. The village has preserved its charming, rural character with the historic village center and the beautiful Riegel houses, despite strong growth. Today, 4,800 people live in Rafz. Due to the good traffic conditions to the centers, the population has grown by almost 50 percent in the last 20 years. The municipality offers active commerce and local gastronomy, as well as various shopping opportunities for daily needs. There are excellent train and road connections to Bülach, Winterthur, Schaffhausen, as well as to the airport and the city of Zurich. As a unified municipality, Rafz combines politics and school. You will find the kindergarten, primary school, and upper school Schalmenacker in the municipality of Rafz.
