Long-term tenants are strongly preferred, as we are looking for someone interested in staying for an extended period. The rent is CHF 805 per month. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Leimbach station, with direct trains reaching Zurich HB in approximately 10 minutes. The apartment has three bedrooms: * One bedroom is occupied by Alberto, an Italian PhD student in Mathematics at ETH Zurich, and his girlfriend. * The second bedroom will be occupied only until November by another Italian tenant. * The third bedroom is the room available for rent. From November onwards, the apartment will be shared only by Alberto, his girlfriend, and the new tenant. This also means that the second bedroom will become available as an extra room, which can be used as a guest room, home office, study room, or for additional storage. Besides the bedrooms, the apartment features a spacious kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and is fully furnished. No additional costs for furniture or setup are required. Please note: * A security deposit of CHF 2,667 is required by the landlord. * The furniture currently in the room is available for purchase for CHF 600.
