Furnished Studio / 1.5-Room Apartment in Zurich Old Town – Available from 16 October 2026

I am subletting my furnished studio / 1.5-room apartment in **Glockengasse, in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town**, starting from **16 October 2026** The apartment is located on the **3rd floor** and is ideal for one person looking for a long-term home in a very central location. Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transport connections are excellent. The apartment is **already furnished**, making it suitable for someone who would like to move in without having to buy furniture. In addition, the apartment includes access to a **private storage space on the top floor** of the building, as well as a **shared laundry area with washing machines in the basement**. The sublease is **open-ended**, but I am looking specifically for someone interested in staying for **at least one year**. Additional utilities are expected to be approximately **CHF 100 per month or less**, depending on consumption. **Important** To avoid unnecessary viewings and messages, I am looking for a reliable person who is genuinely interested in a long-term stay.
