Furnished Studio / 1.5-Room Apartment in Zurich Old Town Available from 16 October 2026

I am subletting my furnished studio / 1.5-room apartment in Glockengasse, in the heart of Zurich's Old Town , starting from 16 October 2026 The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is ideal for one person looking for a long-term home in a very central location. Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transport connections are excellent. The apartment is already furnished , making it suitable for someone who would like to move in without having to buy furniture. In addition, the apartment includes access to a private storage space on the top floor of the building, as well as a shared laundry area with washing machines in the basement . The sublease is open-ended , but I am looking specifically for someone interested in staying for at least one year . Additional utilities are expected to be approximately CHF 100 per month or less , depending on consumption. Important To avoid unnecessary viewings and messages, I am looking for a reliable person who is genuinely interested in a long-term stay.
