Due to a stay abroad, I am subletting my central apartment in Bern (Monbijou) for CHF 1'550/month. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a beautifully renovated building and is close to shopping facilities, the train station (10 minutes on foot), and the Inselspital. It is furnished but has no internet connection and no dishwasher. I will be away from September 2026 for two years and am flexible regarding dates, but I would prefer to sublet for at least about one year at a time and the sooner, the better.
