Cozy apartment in the quiet Hirtenhof quarter

I'm going on a trip, so I'm looking for a sublessee for my cozy old-building apartment! The bright apartment has many windows and is located in the quiet Hirtenhof quarter. The rooms all have parquet flooring, the hallway has linoleum, and the bathroom and kitchen have tile flooring. The bathroom has nice blue tiles, a window, and a bathtub. The kitchen is not modern, but the built-in cabinets offer a lot of storage space. The apartment includes a basement compartment with a natural floor and outlet (for a freezer) and a small garden seating area. Important: - absolute non-smoking apartment - no pets allowed - no parking space The apartment is rented by a private person who lives on the upper floor and prefers a quiet, single woman as a tenant.
