A somewhat unusual rental formula For professional reasons, I will be living mainly outside of Lausanne. My daughter and I will generally return two nights a week, mainly during the week, outside of school holidays. Outside of these few nights, you will be able to enjoy the apartment in complete tranquility, as if you were at home. I am looking for a trustworthy, respectful, and careful person who appreciates a quiet living environment. This formula will suit someone who is looking for more than just a simple room, while also accepting a punctual cohabitation based on respect for each person's privacy.
