Large room only colocation 2 nights/week

I am offering a large room in a beautiful, spacious, bright and charming apartment in Pully, close to public transport, shops and amenities, for rent. The idea is quite simple: you live in the apartment like at home and, most of the time, you enjoy it almost alone. You will have free access to all common areas: * Large living room with functional fireplace * Dining room * Fully equipped kitchen * Large bathroom * Separate toilet * Balcony * Internet / Wi-Fi * Electricity * Charges included Only two rooms will remain private and closed: mine and my daughter's. A colocation only about two nights a week For professional reasons, I will live mainly outside of Pully. My daughter and I will be present in the apartment about two nights a week, mainly during the week and outside of school holidays. In other words, it's not a classic colocation: most of the time, you will have the apartment in complete tranquility and with a lot of independence. The best of both worlds: the space and freedom of a large apartment, without living daily with several roommates. I am looking for a trustworthy, respectful and careful person, who appreciates a pleasant, quiet and convivial living environment. This formula will suit particularly someone who wants much more than just a simple room, with a lot of space in everyday life, while being okay with a punctual and respectful cohabitation. The goal is that each person can truly feel at home, with their own space and independence. Move-in date: to be agreed upon.
