Large room of 25m2 available immediately, in a large building, a shared accommodation with 7 other people. It's a project with a cultural association, where you'll find a concert/events hall, a music studio, as well as a room upstairs to chill/hold meetings/play video games, draw, sew, etc.) Outside in front of the building, there's a swimming pool installed in the summer, with the possibility of doing many activities, apéros, or just having a good time with the roommates. It's a convivial place where you can propose different activities, the roommates like to be together and organize small outings, walks in nature, sports, apéros. You can participate if you want in the association project and propose your own projects, or help at the bar one evening during an event, help make the place an even more vibrant spot. Nighttime hours are respected between 10pm-11pm-8am on weekdays, no noise, more tolerant on weekends from 12am-9am. Non-smoker inside the building, smoker on the balcony or the last floor of the building.
