We offer a large, bright shared flat room for subletting from September 15th to the end of January, possibly the end of March. The room can be used in between due to holidays/travel. Please indicate in your inquiry how long you would like to rent the room. The room is large, bright, and cozy - with a balcony, desk, storage space, and everything you need to feel comfortable. You would be living in a large house with seven flatmates. Most of them are rather alternative - creative, relaxed, and open-minded. There's usually someone around, but the house is so big that you can easily decide whether you want to have your peace or hang out with the others. The following are shared: living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, several toilets, garage, workshop, winter garden, and a large garden with a lounge. Our cat Max is, of course, also part of the shared flat - he likes to sleep in the room. And there's also a small, very lovely dog. Therefore, this is only suitable for animal lovers. The rent includes all additional costs plus the contribution to the shared flat fund (for trash bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, basic food, etc.).
