Hello! Are you looking for more than just a room? Then our shared house could be just the thing for you. We're looking forward to getting to know you! Who are we? We're an open and welcoming 4-person shared house, aged 23 to 32, living in a beautiful house on Bruderholz. Close to the city, yet in the middle of nature, just a few minutes from SBB train station. We're all working professionals and enjoy spending time together as well as having our own space. Whether cooking together (preferably seasonal and organic), having a movie night in our own cinema, a cozy evening in the garden, or a bike ride, we like to spend time together. At the same time, it's a given for us that everyone also has their own retreat. We have a joint house fund where we all contribute 350.- per month. With this, we finance all our food, household items like detergent, soap, small purchases, or even chlorine for the pool. The house: Our house offers plenty of space to feel good on 4 floors: - Large living room - Dining room with fireplace - Modern kitchen - Small fitness room - Sauna with ice bath - Home cinema - Own laundry room - Large garden with flowers, vegetable bed, pool, and several cozy seating areas The house is 2 minutes from the 15er tram stop "Lerchenstrasse". Depending on the room layout, there's also the possibility to rent an additional room as a study, dressing room, or hobby room next to the bedroom. What we're looking for: We're looking for an open and welcoming flatmate who enjoys an active and harmonious shared house life. You appreciate community, but also enjoy your time for yourself. You like spending a joint evening with good food or a movie, are happy to contribute to the shared house routine, and are willing to help with house and garden maintenance. If you value sustainability, good food, and respectful cohabitation, you could be a great fit for us. The rent depends on the chosen room combination. Probably, two private rooms (bedroom and, for example, a study) will be available. (The free study with 8.5m2 would be an additional CHF 196.-) If you feel like we could be a good match, we'd be happy to hear from you.
