In my spacious and bright 96-m²-apartment in District 4 , a ca. 16 m² large room with private balcony is available for rent. I am looking for a sympathetic person as a roommate: weekly commuters are also very welcome. The apartment is located directly at the Kasernenwiese and less than 10 minutes' walk from Zurich HB. Despite the very central location, the spacious apartment offers a lot of space and opportunities for retreat for two people. A tidy and clean home is very important to me , which is why I am looking for someone who sees it similarly and handles the apartment with respect.
