We are looking for a successor from September 1st or by agreement from October for our spacious 4.5-room apartment in the center of St. Gallen. The apartment is ideal for a 3-person shared flat and has three separate rooms as well as a large common living and dining area. The apartment has a separate kitchen with plenty of storage space, a large refrigerator, and a freezer. The spacious bathroom has a shower and two sinks. A special highlight is the beautiful balcony with a great view over the roofs of the city. The apartment is located directly next to the Trischli and is therefore very central. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, and public transport are within a few minutes' walk. Despite the central location, you can hardly hear any noise with the windows closed. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement. Additionally, the apartment has its own basement compartment, which offers a lot of space as a storage room. The apartment will be partially furnished or unfurnished. Certain pieces of furniture shown in the pictures can be taken over or purchased by agreement, while others will be taken with us.
