In the summer, you can enjoy a lot of sunshine, and the nearby river invites you to take beautiful walks. The bus stop and school are easily accessible on foot. Important: We are looking for subtenants who will take over the apartment in its current condition. This includes the colored walls, the already laid floors, the green cat net on the terrace, and the built-in cat door (the original glass is available in the basement).
