Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm und unkompliziert, Cafés, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die _Gelateria di Berna_ sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. **Highlights:** * grosse, lichtdurchflutete Räume * moderne Küche mit viel Stauraum * gemütlicher Essbereich * grosszügiger Balkon * ruhige, angenehme Nachbarschaft **Ausstattung:** * vollständig möbliert * Schlafzimmer mit 1.60‑m‑Bett und zwei grossen Kleiderschränken * Wohnzimmer mit grossem Sofa und TV – perfekt für entspannte Abende * Küche komplett ausgestattet * Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster * separater und grosszügiger Essbereich * viele Wandschränke im Eingang * gemeinsame Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockenraum & Secomat * unsere Fahrräder dürfen während der Mietzeit mitbenutzt werden **Die Katzen** Mit dir/euch wohnen unsere zwei dreijährigen Katzenmädchen: * Shunja ist extrem verschmust und sucht viel Nähe und liebt Zuwendung * Nira geniesst im Sommer ihren Freigang, ist aber sehr sozial und freut sich über Gesellschaft Sie sind unkompliziert, freundlich und freuen sich über Menschen, die sie liebevoll betreuen. **Wen wir suchen** Eine verantwortungsvolle Person oder ein Paar, die Freude an Katzen haben und während unserer Abwesenheit gut auf Wohnung und Tiere schauen. Wichtig ist uns ein liebevoller Umgang und ein achtsames Zuhause für die beiden. **We are renting out our beautiful, cozy, and spacious 2.5‑room apartment — fully furnished and shared with our two adorable cat girls — while we are traveling.** **Rental period:** approx. mid‑January 2027 to approx. mid‑August 2027; an earlier end (e.g., mid/end of July) is possible upon agreement. **Optional:** Fiber‑optic internet for 29 CHF/month **About the Apartment** Our very spacious, bright, and cozy 2.5‑room apartment is centrally located yet quiet, in the popular Länggass neighborhood — just a few steps from the Bierhübeli bus stop. The area is friendly and uncomplicated, with cafés, bars, shops, and the famous _Gelateria di Berna_ right around the corner. **Highlights:** * large, light‑filled rooms * modern kitchen with plenty of storage * cozy dining area * generous balcony * quiet, pleasant neighborhood **Amenities:** * fully furnished * bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and two large wardrobes * living room with a big sofa and TV — perfect for relaxed evenings * fully equipped kitchen * bathroom with bathtub and window * separate, spacious dining area * many built‑in cupboards in the entrance area * shared laundry room with washing machine, drying room & Secomat * our bicycles may be used during the rental period **The Cats** You’ll be living with our two three‑year‑old cat girls: * **Shunja** is extremely cuddly, seeks lots of closeness, and loves affection. * **Nira** enjoys going outside in summer, but she is very social and happy to have company. They are easygoing, friendly, and appreciate people who care for them lovingly. **Who We’re Looking For** A responsible person or couple who enjoys having cats and will take good care of both the apartment and the animals while we’re away. What matters most to us is a loving, attentive environment for the two of them.
