Description

The room is located in a small, old but well-maintained three-party house in the rear Lorraine. For about half of the time, you will occupy the three-room apartment with a spacious, modern kitchen alone. In the other half of the time, a uncomplicated father with his soon 15-year-old son will live in the other two rooms. You have many freedoms, I just wish that we find the shared spaces tidy and that used items in the fridge are replaced. The room has a very old but very large built-in closet with a lot of storage space. It leads out to the garden, which you are allowed to use together with the nice neighbors. The atmosphere is also very uncomplicated there. The furniture in the room can be taken over free of charge if desired, as your predecessor is moving abroad. The apartment includes a basement compartment and a small laundry room with a tumble dryer. The ancillary costs are included in the rent. Move-in is possible from 14.9.26.
