Spacious room with garden view in Lorraine

The room is located in a small, old but well-maintained three-party house in the rear Lorraine. For about half of the time, you will be the sole occupant of the three-room apartment with a spacious, modern kitchen. During the other half of the time, the other two rooms will be occupied by an uncomplicated father and his soon-to-be 15-year-old son. You will have a lot of freedom, and I only wish that we find the shared spaces tidy and that used items in the fridge are replaced. The room has a very old but large built-in closet with plenty of storage space. It leads out to the garden, which you are allowed to use together with the nice neighbors. The atmosphere there is also very uncomplicated. The furniture in the room can be taken over free of charge if desired, as your predecessor is moving abroad. The apartment includes a basement compartment and a small laundry room with a tumble dryer. The utility costs are included in the rent. Move-in is possible from 14.9.26.
