A whole house with a large plot of land for rent (temporary) We offer a rare opportunity for the brave. Have you been thinking for a long time about whether you would like a whole house with a plot of land and animals? Whether it's like you imagine, having horses at home in self-sufficiency? Whether the effort would fit into your life? Whether you enjoy spending a lot of time at home? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you: We are renting out our fully furnished house for about two years, as we are embarking on an adventure in Sweden. We would prefer to leave most of our animals at home (cats, fish, chickens, and possibly the horses) The apartment consists of; 2 rooms, open kitchen, dining area, living area with stone oven and bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor. 2 rooms, bathroom with shower and attic on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is an old apartment that we use as a storage room and changing room for outdoor clothes. A functional toilet and a shower (e.g., for the dog) are available in the old apartment. In the winter, you need to heat the old tile stove regularly so that everything remains in good condition. The house has a large laundry room with a washing machine, as well as various ancillary rooms such as a barn and cellar. The plot of land is approximately 1 ha with various fruit trees (cherry, apple, plum, quince, walnut, etc.) and offers space for your own plantings. It also has a free-range stable for 3 horses, with 2 sand paddocks, an all-weather pasture with a tent, and up to 5 grass pastures, depending on the situation. Part of the land is currently used about 2 times a year by a sheep farmer. We have a horse trailer and a manure trailer, which will be available during the rental period. We would like to leave our chicken flock, cats, and aquarium at home until our return. If everything works out, we would even leave the horses at home. Our dog will accompany us on our adventure. So, it would not be a problem to move in with a dog. We are a family of three with a 3-year-old son. The rent can still vary, depending on the agreement regarding animal care and material usage.
